Returns Policy:
Unfortunately, due to the fact that most of our products are intended for one time usage, we cannot accept returns on any merchandise unless received Damaged and reported to us within 3 Days of Receiving. All sales are final. It is your responsibility to check all items Upon Receipt for defects, miss-mates, fabric, size & color. Dyed shoes and jewelry are not returnable, unless defective. You must notify us within three (3) days of receipt of order for return authorization. Items returned for exchange with authorization will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges. If an item is received incorrectly we will either credit your account or send replacement with your next order. If upgraded shipping is required you will be responsible for the additional upgraded charges. We do not upgrade shipping for replacements, we will ship ground. Personalized Products: Products that have been engraved, embroidered, or otherwise personalized are not eligible for return or refund, except where provided for within our return policy for "Damaged or Defective Products." Damaged or Defective Products: To insure the highest possible quality, we fully inspect each product before it ships. We also fully guarantee all of our products to be free from factory and workmanship defects. If any product is found to be defective, or has been damaged in shipping, we will arrange for return shipping and provide you with a refund or exchange, provided the conditions listed in our return policy. Return Authorization Number: Please contact our sales department within 3 days of receipt of shipment to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) for Damaged or Defective Items. This RAN will expire in 7 days of issuance. Step 1 Enter the RAN in the appropriate space provided on the return label which is part of the packing slip you received with your shipment. Step 2 Affix the Return Label to the original shipping box. Make sure items are in their original packaging, and are appropriately secured within the shipping box. We cannot accept items for return or exchange that are not in resalable condition. Please take note: The customer is responsible for shipping. We do not refund shipping charges. No credit is given for lost packages and nonreturnable items returned to us will not be shipped back to the sender nor credited to their account. We do strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost return packages. Step 3 After we receive your package and inspect the items, you will receive an email confirming credit total. Credit will be issued in 3 to 5 business days. Please allow adequate time for your banking institution to process the credit. Privacy Policy Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy the following notice explains the information we collect, how it is used, how it is safeguarded, and how to contact us if you have any concerns. What Information Is Collected: As part of the order process, the following information is collected from shoppers: Name Shipping/Billing Address Email address Phone number Credit/Debit Card Information How That Information Is Used: Your information will only be used to fill order, to contact you if we have questions, or to send email with special offers that may be of interest to you. We will never give out or sell your information to a mailing list or third party. Your personal details will remain private and confidential. We will never sell, rent, barter or share your personal details in any way with any other company. All data collected is for our internal use only. We hate spam as much as you do. We will NEVER send you any unsolicited e-mail. If you choose to subscribe to our mailing list, you will receive a newsletter once in a while. If you choose not to receive a newsletter, we will only contact you to answer your queries and/or send you your order confirmation. We will not contact you anytime else. Shipping Policy We ship throughout the USA, Canada and Internationally. We offer UPS Ground, 2 Day & 3 Day Service for USA shipments. We also offer USPS for international shipments. Most non-personalized orders are shipped out in 1-3 days. Please be advised that International orders may take up to 2-3 business days to ship. Orders generally ship the next business day after the order is received. Please keep in consideration from 1 to 5 transit days when choosing UPS Ground Shipping. Upgraded shipping options also available. We offer UPS Next Day Air AM, Next Day Air, Saturday Delivery, 2 Day Air, 3 Day Air & United States Post Office for International Orders! |
